1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing the KinVeto endpoint defense agent, or using the KinVeto web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a household or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
KinVeto provides autonomous workstation defense software that monitors, detects, and intercepts unauthorized remote desktop access software. It offers guardian notification workflows, authorization challenges, and fleet capacity management.
3. Permitted Use & Guardian Designation
You agree to install the KinVeto agent only on workstations that you legally own or for which you have received express permission from the owner. You may designate trusted individuals as Family Guardians to receive security alerts and review remote support approval challenges.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
KinVeto subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Paddle merchant services. Quotas represent the maximum number of simultaneously protected workstations enrolled in your account. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal.
5. Limitation of Liability
While KinVeto provides rigorous zero-trust thread interception against known remote software binaries, no cybersecurity tool can guarantee 100% prevention of all social engineering tactics. KinVeto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
